A bad thought. A growing belief in it. A fear. An admission of it. An assurance that it isn’t real. A worry about the burden placed on others. An embarrassment. A closing off. A loneliness. A bad thought.
Your brain isn’t always your friend. I hope very much that mine will be again, and that it won’t screw things up. At some point, I will have to trust people enough to let go. I am just not entirely sure I know how.
